Lets see this is my first blog. The day started out in 0 degree weather with my husband kicking me out of bed at 5:30 AM. I hear a little voice say "morning" which belongs to my 18 month old, Jason II, who is wet from neck to feet. *Target brand soap smells just like Johnson and Johnson and cost 4 dollars less. So I get him all clean and down stairs and start breakfast for my husband which starts with coffee (an essential) for motherhood with some tasty creamer I always buy whats on sale for the month. *You can freeze creamer so it does not go bad so buy it when it's on sale 3 for 5. I am making Chorizo and Rice. *Chorizo is a very flavorful either pork or beef Hispanic Meat that is very cost efficient at the super market and is cheaper there than a Mexican store and just as authentic. Add it to rice and eggs makes a very Yummy Dish serve with warm tortillas. *Big frozen can of OJ make 64 oz of juice and a 8 oz glass takes care of the whole 8 of us at one breakfast and cost less than store bought OJ in a container. Pray with husband over breakfast and the day. *God will give you the energy you need to take care of house duties and children.Seek Ye first the Kingdom of God. By this time Little Laekyn is up and stirring she is 2 Months old. *Breast feeding is more economical and rewarding not to mention those night time feedings are so much easier then stumbling down stairs in the middle of the night to make a bottle. Back to packing lunch for my hubby. * You can save at least 5 dollars a day by eating home packed lunches instead of fast food more cost efficient and better for you. Husband out the door at 6:30 AM. Laekyn and Little J fed now time for Coffee and Bible study for Mommy. Praying for your husband every day is a good way for a Marriage to flourish. I am reading "The Power of a Praying Wife" just one chapter a day. I have seen such great results in my prayers. I am also reading the "Power of a Praying Parent" they are both by Stormie Omartian. Prayer for my family and my self comes before dishes or anything else. Well all this and 3 cups of coffee before 9 AM. Well better sign off for now and remember God Saves lives! I am just here to save you from over spending, hunger, and losing the battle of cleaning your home and wasting time.
